Bless me, Saint Bea, to stand tall and speak mymind. I pray for the for the fortitude to take on taboos and bigots with sharp-tongued wit and a powerful scowl. I wish to blaze with new attitudes and ideas that are bold and brave for my time.
I admire your many talents but your turn as “the new girl” at age 50 truly inspires one to keep reaching for the stars well beyond the bloom of youth. I beseech you to never let me take for granted the power of friendship (and thank you for being a friend).
